U-PASS - Payment Confirmation Form

GSS U-PASS is a service that allows student members to have unlimited rides on the regular Transit Windsor city service during the school year.

This form should only be completed by students who have applied to the GSS to opt-in to the program, and who have received an email confirming that they are eligible and that their application has been accepted.
