  1. Outline your relevant experience for this position
I have good leadership qualities which was more enhanced when I was assigned a discipline member in my college while pursuing bachelor’s in engineering. I was driving a crowd of one thousand students maintaining an array and redirecting them in national tech and non-tech events. later i was assigned the role of discipline president in my third year of undergraduation. even in my secondary and higher secondary school, I was elected as the house captain and monitor which instilled my leadership qualities upto the mark.

  2. What specific initiatives and projects would you undertake related to this role?
If am elected as a an executive for this role I would ensure that the University presents a holistic plethora of student services, student training programs focused on student success, and enrolment management programmes but just not constrained to, admissions, mentoring, providing guidance, succession planning and placement, enlisting and engagement, registration and records, discipline policies, student activities, extracurricular programmes, student activism, services for students with special needs, cultural acculturation, and enrolment management programmes.Along with that, I would try to establish multi-year tactical and annual operational goals designed to implement the strategic goals of the College President and Board; assumes responsibility for other College affairs and matters at the discretion and in the nonattendance of the College President; developing, fostering, and promoting new opportunities for partnerships with public and private sector entities; facilitates leadership for establishing multi-year tactical and annual operational goals designed to implement the strategic goals of the College President and Board.

  3. How do you plan on facilitating positive work relationships within the GSS Board, members at large and UWindsor administration?

Trust, teamwork, communication and respect are keys to effective working relationships. Develop positive relationships with the individuals I interact with the committee to make ensure smooth facilitation and making decisions more enjoyable and productive. I will be developing trust by guarding confidences. This will demonstrate that others can count on me. I will be following up with my promises and even if I fail to deliver or fail to keep up with what I promised then, I will aplogize and offer to resolve the matter in another way.

I will be collaborating with the committee members while resolving issues and making constructive decisions.

  4. Describe the importance of the GSS in your own words
GSS may appear to be a normal organisation, but it is one of the most thorough and successful organisations that fully represents graduate students, and being a part of it makes me a proud graduate student of the University. GSS is synonymous with administration, standards, and a growing value proposition for its members. The value statement frequently includes activities that cover a wide range of services as well as a number of events targeted at furthering and defending the interests of member students. In addition to the above , GSS has succeeded in a constantly evolving field, expanding hostile forces, and unforeseen weaknesses on the part of authorities, partners, and community agents to ensure that the interests of masters’ students are effectively honoured. The GSS’s commitment to the graduate student community piques my curiosity and motivates me to contribute to the organization’s aims and plans for the future.
