The online UPass Opt Out Form is now available for all students looking to opt out of the UPass program.
All information relating to the program can be found on this page.
Reminder – Students who attempt to opt out past the dead line of 2019-09-28 will NOT be eligible to opt out.
Students who are enrolled in a co-op, internship, practicum or work placement for the Fall Semester must also opt out before the deadline. Failure to do so will result in the student not being able to opt out.
